📋 Description

• Lead Northeast Partners as a Floating Regional General Manager • Oversee daily operations and drive business growth, market-share expansion, and financial objectives • Own the local P&L and manage overall brand financial performance • Oversee sales, service delivery, dispatch and call center, installation, marketing, and warehousing • Manage labor capacity and margins through scheduling, overtime monitoring, and technician assignment • Collaborate with platform resources on marketing efficiency, labor capacity, warehousing, fleet, and vendor management • Lead continuous improvement and develop high-performing teams • Identify talent needs and participate in recruitment and selection • Support employee professional development • Champion customer-centric service delivery and customer satisfaction • Ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols • Maintain daily operational excellence, financial performance, strong leaders and technicians, reliable customer experience, and owner-mentality leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in an operational leadership role, preferably within the home service industry or a related field • Knowledge of the home service industry and related regulatory requirements • Proven ability to manage a robust P&L, lead operational teams, and identify financial and operational improvement areas • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and financial analysis • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and navigate complex situations • Proficiency with technology and software systems for operational efficiency • Prior experience in residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services strongly preferred • Knowledge of ServiceTitan is a plus • Customer service focus and relationship-development ability • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities • Highly organized, able to act quickly while maintaining attention to detail • High level of integrity
