📋 Description

• Perform RF link budget analysis, propagation modeling, and spectrum assessments • Design RF links and waveforms supporting secure, reliable tactical data transmission • Integrate radios, antennas, and transceivers with secure network architecture • Mitigate interference, jamming, and electronic warfare threats; design anti-jam and frequency-agile approaches • Optimize RF link latency, throughput, and reliability for remote monitoring and control • Support RF testing, EMI/spectrum compliance, and field/range evaluations • Provide RF input to RMF/ATO security requirements and assessments • Present RF analysis and recommendations at technical interchange meetings • Maintain RF sections of system documentation • Work closely with systems, software, and cybersecurity teams in an Agile environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in EE/RF/Communications Engineering • 8+ years of RF engineering experience • Current Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance • Experience with RF link analysis, propagation modeling, and spectrum planning • Hands-on RF hardware/system design and integration • Familiarity with EW threats and anti-jam RF design • Experience with RF test tools, including spectrum/network analyzers and signal generators • Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity and spectrum management requirements • Strong RF technical writing and ability to brief government stakeholders
