• Facilitate release processes, coordination, and execution across multiple agile teams within the Product Group and Product Family • Escalate impediments, manage risks, ensure value delivery, and drive relentless improvement • Participate in transformation and coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters on agile processes and mindsets • Coordinate ceremonies, backlogs, and releases for agile teams during Program Increments • Limit work in progress and drive continuous improvement using servant leadership • Align Program Increment business outcomes with design and delivery • Resolve architectural, leadership, and logistical obstacles • Facilitate PI Readiness, Roadmap, Feature, Release, System Demo, and PI Planning activities • Coordinate delivery of Features by managing dependencies, sequencing, and architecture • Summarize and publish Team PI Objectives aligned with vision, goals, and OKRs • Track and produce release metrics and dashboards • Facilitate synchronization meetings to align delivery with business outcomes • Collaborate with Product Owners, Release Management, Architecture, Business Owners, Product Managers, and other stakeholders • Track team impediments and manage release risks and dependencies • Provide input on resourcing needs across the Bank • Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters to enable high performance • Improve value flow through value streams, DevOps, and Release on Demand practices • Drive the Lean Innovation Cycle with Business and Product Management • Apply engineering and service philosophy principles to release practices • Contribute to release and solution metrics demonstrating automation progress and benefits • Develop and recommend technical strategies and solutions to maintain or expand service levels • Consult with governance, risk, compliance, and audit groups on release-related risks • Monitor emerging issues, trends, and regulatory requirements • Maintain risk management and control aligned with risk appetite • Support team development, knowledge transfer, mentoring, and cross-training • Keep stakeholders informed about committed work and day-to-day activities • Foster productive relationships with internal and external business partners • Act as a brand ambassador for TD Bank
• Must be located within TD footprint: CT, DE, FL, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, SC, VT, VA, DC • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required in a related field such as information technology, computer science, or Business Administration; Master's preferred • 3+ years of experience as a Coach, Product Manager, or Scrum Master • Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) • 3+ years' experience with Agile Management tools • Typically 7+ years Agile-related experience • 3+ years' experience coaching multiple agile teams • Advanced knowledge of agile theory, methodology, techniques, rules, and practices • Knowledge of estimating/sizing, planning, forecasting, reporting, conflict resolution, and facilitation • Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends • Ability to establish goals and objectives supporting delivery execution for multiple teams • Ability to contribute to functional direction and advise team and delivery leadership • Ability to lead, plan, execute, and evaluate committed work activities • Skill in mentoring and performance management • Skill in analytical software tools, data analysis methods, and reporting techniques • Proficiency with MS Office and industry-standard Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence • Effective oral and written communication • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions • Ability to work successfully as a team member and drive team execution • Sound judgment in decision-making • Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Expert-level Jira experience preferred • Experience navigating multiple UAT environments preferred • Experience supporting Agile Release Trains within financial services or highly regulated environments preferred • Experience implementing Agile metrics and executive delivery dashboards preferred • Experience with dependency management across multiple value streams preferred • Experience leading organizational or agile transformation initiatives preferred • Experience supporting DevOps and Continuous Delivery practices preferred • Encompass experience preferred • Blend experience preferred
