📋 Description

• Embed with strategic customers and turn raw security data into actionable executive decisions • Deploy onsite with customers to map security, risk, and compliance workflows • Gather requirements from practitioners and executives • Integrate SecurityScorecard into customers' existing data, logic, and processes • Build AI-native solutions using LLMs, ML models, and modern AI tooling • Perform data analysis and data science on customer and platform data • Translate security ratings into financial terms such as ALE, VaR, and ROI • Design and deploy integrations, pipelines, and tools connecting to SIEM, GRC, ticketing, and data warehouse systems • Architect and deploy solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP • Prototype rapidly and harden solutions into supportable production software • Bridge Product, Engineering, and customers, feeding field patterns into the roadmap • Own technical relationships with key accounts through renewal and expansion • Travel to customer sites for workshops, technical deep dives, and go-live support

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time in a customer-facing, forward deployed, or solutions engineering capacity • Hands-on experience building with AI, using LLMs, agentic frameworks, or ML models as core building blocks in shipped solutions • Track record building AI-powered products or features • Working data analysis / data science ability, including risk quantification, benchmarking, and exposure modeling • Ability to ship production code independently in fast-moving, ambiguous, customer-facing environments • Full stack fluency: backend services, APIs, scripting, data pipelines, and integration patterns including REST, webhooks, SSO/SAML, and SIEM connectors • Architecture design experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP • Experience running discovery with enterprise stakeholders and scoping technical solutions • Excellent communication skills • Bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity • Prior experience in cybersecurity, GRC, or risk management is a strong plus • Willingness to travel to customer sites, typically 20 to 40% • No immigration sponsorship is provided for this position
