📋 Description

• Work the day shift • Answer a limited number of calls • Perform data entry and data processing • Communicate with team members for follow-up • Follow established procedures while working with limited supervision • Maintain accuracy in data entry • Interact daily with the supervisor, peer groups, and customers • Exchange or present TSA-related information • Support logistics and maintenance activities

🎯 Requirements

• Good speaking and writing skills • Reliability, meticulousness, and strong work ethic • Ability to follow established procedures and work with limited supervision • Accuracy in data entry • Strong and reliable internet connection • Familiarity with logistics/maintenance concepts, practices, and procedures • Familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems, specifically Maximo, or comparable ticketing systems such as Remedy • Familiarity with parts ordering processes • Call handling experience • Data entry, data processing, and data remediation experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High school education or equivalent • 4 years of related experience • Must be a US citizen • Must successfully pass a federal background investigation • Candidates with a current TSA Suitability Determination are preferred
