📋 Description

• Convert prospective clients in the regulated Forex/financial services industry • Communicate with Hindi- or Urdu-speaking clients, with English used for management and/or phone communication • Work toward sales and conversion targets • Provide customer service and use persuasion skills to support conversions • Work independently in a remote environment • Follow Monday-to-Friday, 9-hour shifts including a 1-hour lunch break

🎯 Requirements

• Must be fluent in Hindi or Urdu plus English • Previous experience as a Conversion Agent is required • Previous experience working for a Forex company is required • Ability to work remotely • Must have own PC/laptop and professional headset • Strong communication, customer service, and persuasion skills • Motivated and target-oriented • Able to work independently • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment • Monday to Friday, 9-hour shift including a 1-hour lunch break • Must be able to work for a regulated Forex company
