📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Operational Energy team to quantify the impact of prospective and current initiatives using statistical analysis, data wrangling, and predictive machine learning models • Establish KPIs to track and evaluate team projects and initiatives • Design, build, and maintain interactive business intelligence dashboards focused on fuel consumption and aviation energy data • Define and evaluate aviation energy metrics to identify and prioritize actionable energy-saving opportunities • Acquire and validate aviation operational data and conduct quantitative analyses to recommend energy-efficiency solutions • Maintain proactive communication with cross-functional stakeholders and team liaisons

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, with 8+ years of data analysis experience; or a Master’s degree in one of those fields with 6+ years of data analysis experience • Eligible for DOD Secret clearance • U.S. Citizen • Proficiency with SQL, Python, PySpark, Databricks, ETL pipelines, Power Automate, and Tableau/PowerBI/Qlik • Experience designing scalable data architectures and developing statistical analytics frameworks • Technical writing experience and strong verbal and written communication skills across technical and executive audiences • Ability to travel as business needs require • Preferred: familiarity with Air Force Operational Energy or related DoD energy initiatives • Preferred: experience with Palantir Foundry data pipelines, models, or workflows • Preferred: experience developing and deploying deep learning or machine learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow
