📋 Description

• Establish, lead, and mature the PMO function across the ACSS portfolio • Provide strategic direction, governance, and oversight across multiple programs and projects • Advise executive leadership and Air Force customers on portfolio strategy, program health, performance, risks, and priorities • Develop and deliver executive-level briefings and recommendations • Build, lead, and mentor program teams • Partner with operations, engineering, cybersecurity, contracts, finance, and executive management • Assess and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and operational challenges affecting cost, schedule, performance, or mission delivery • Establish and oversee quality assurance, governance, and performance management processes • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, best practices, and performance insights • Implement automation, process optimization, and operational efficiency improvements • Leverage SharePoint, RMT, Costpoint, and Fusion for program visibility, reporting, workflow management, service delivery, and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required) • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; additional years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree • PMP certification required • Minimum 6-10 years of progressive program/project management experience • Experience establishing and leading PMO functions, processes, and governance frameworks • Demonstrated success implementing process improvement and automation initiatives with measurable ROI • Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and virtual collaboration • Active Secret clearance required and ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance preferred • Familiarity with USAF and DoD organizational structures, regulations, and directives • Experience supporting a PMO on large government contracts • Proficiency with software development tools and methodologies
