📋 Description

• Manage programs and projects related to FAA NISC task orders • Ensure NISC task-order processes operate efficiently and communication is maintained with Leidos employees and FAA customers • Analyze organizational skill demographics and anticipate future skill-set needs • Coordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, orientations, and candidate screening • Determine labor categories and required skill levels with customers and NISC team members • Develop office policies and procedures supporting program-management and administrative objectives • Manage NISC resources within contract budget parameters • Monitor, analyze, verify, and track task-order financial information and employee travel expenses • Provide guidance to subcontractors performing work on MMAC/DC task orders • Coordinate training, travel, and other direct costs • Prepare monthly status reports, including the Contract Status Report and supporting documentation • Interface frequently with FAA customers, contractor personnel, FAA Engineering Technical Officers, and other FAA representatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 2+ years of prior experience • Experience conducting research, personnel and process evaluation, studies, and presenting recommendations/solutions related to short- and long-term program planning requirements • Experience leading team meetings, completing monthly status reports, and participating in national and regional virtual meetings • Excellent communication, customer relations, and personnel relation skills • Ability to provide well-written, organized documentation consistent with acceptable standards of writing • Ability to obtain/maintain an FAA public trust clearance • Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplined technical teams • Preferred: understanding of FAA/NISC hiring, suitability clearance, and onboarding processes • Preferred: knowledge of NISC program operations, talent acquisition, required job skills, and collaboration with MMAC/DC managers and Enterprise Transportation talent acquisition liaisons • Preferred: ability to define problems and determine acceptable courses of action within company and customer policies
