• Support the Quality Manager in executing plans and activities measuring compliance with Leidos EngineeringEdge® NextGen policies and standards • Integrate with program teams and leadership to implement and improve the Quality Management System • Support staff meetings, governance activities, and reporting requirements • Report program quality, compliance, performance, risks, and improvement initiatives to leadership and management • Participate in quality review gates, deployment readiness reviews, operational readiness assessments, milestone decision reviews, and customer acceptance activities • Provide independent quality assessments, objective evidence, and recommendations in ERBs, WIPTs, programmatic meetings, and QMRs • Verify evidence supporting milestone decisions, contractual compliance, deployment readiness, and customer acceptance criteria • Monitor program health through quality metrics, audits, performance trends, and risk indicators • Lead internal audits, compliance reviews, and performance evaluations • Integrate portfolio-level risk management and analyze quality, technical, operational, and programmatic risks • Use enterprise tools, dashboards, analytics, and governance systems to improve reporting and decision support • Measure program performance against contractual requirements and customer mission objectives • Review deliverables and processes for lifecycle compliance and maintain traceability • Monitor SLA/KPI performance and develop executive dashboards and predictive quality analysis • Plan and execute risk-based internal audits for PWS, Leidos policies, ISO 9001:2015, and CMMI-DEV compliance • Maintain evidence and quality artifacts in SharePoint • Identify, document, track, and resolve defects, nonconformances, OFIs, and CARs • Conduct root cause analyses and recommend corrective and preventive actions • Lead Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, DMAIC, process reengineering, automation, and digital transformation initiatives • Lead cross-functional continuous improvement teams and change management activities • Measure improvement effectiveness and monitor sustainment metrics • Perform receiving inspections and verify material readiness, configurations, firmware, labeling, documentation, and safety compliance • Participate in deployment readiness assessments and reconcile MIRRs, shipping documents, and inventory logs • Coordinate nonconforming items and RMA processes with Logistics and Procurement teams
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4–8 years of professional experience, or Master's degree with 2–6 years; additional experience may substitute for a degree • Currently possess a DoD Secret Security Clearance • Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, Visio, Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence • Strong customer engagement, oral and written communication, and documentation skills • Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification • Experience leading internal audits, quality investigations, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action Requests, and continual improvement initiatives • Experience developing executive dashboards, quality metrics, and performance reporting • Knowledge of requirements traceability, configuration management, and quality verification throughout the system development lifecycle • Knowledge of procurement documentation, material inspections, traceability practices, and RMA processes • Experience conducting site visit inspections and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications • Familiarity with Government and DoD IT and security policies and requirements • Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI-DEV standards and best practices • Preferred current industry certifications such as ISO 9001-20000 and ITIL • Experience supporting Defense acquisition programs, engineering governance, deployment readiness, and enterprise Quality Management Systems
