📋 Description

• Coordinate all activities, communication, and planning efforts directly with FAA and Leidos personnel • Provide daily status, including daily in-brief/out-brief, schedule status, material delivery status, and subcontractor status • Assist Technical Operations personnel in deployment and certification of the ERAM technical refresh system after deployment • Maintain an on-site schedule in printable electronic database format for each ERAM system location from General Acceptance through conclusion of contractor maintenance responsibilities • Perform software installations, firmware upgrades, and other system maintenance actions • Maintain site equipment on-site in accordance with approved technical manuals • Assist Technical Operations personnel in periodic maintenance and system certification after hardware maintenance actions • Assist Technical Operations personnel in equipment relocation and system certification after hardware relocation actions • Provide technical expertise to local Technical Operations personnel during ERAM maintenance actions, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and replacement of failed LRUs • Assist with administration of site spares • Maintain site technical documentation, data files, logs, and performance records

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 4+ years of professional experience; or 2+ years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Travel required up to 80% • Ability to demonstrate a commitment to personal and corporate excellence, ethical behavior and integrity • Familiarity with the National Air Space and FAA NextGen Air Traffic control programs such as FAA facilities for various NextGen programs: ERAM, ATOP, TBFM • Experience in team building and customer focus • Experience with execution under Waterfall and/or Agile development methodologies • Prior experience in a technical leadership role requiring significant coordination across multiple functional areas • Prior experience with cost accounting / earned value management / ownership planning and cost estimating
