📋 Description

• Turn customer problems into working software • Understand customer and user problems, shape solutions, and define intended outcomes • Build and ship the smallest useful versions that test product thinking • Write and ship production code across interfaces, APIs, integrations, data, and agent workflows • Make practical product and experience decisions during development • Use AI agents throughout research, design, implementation, testing, debugging, and delivery • Develop reusable AI skills, tools, and context to improve delivery • Experiment with new models and capabilities and turn successful ones into product features • Evaluate product value and choose appropriate models, code, or existing tools • Own tests, observability, failure handling, maintainability, security, privacy, and compliance • Work directly in customer and partner environments, deliver integrations, and create reusable capabilities • Instrument products, evaluate adoption and outcomes, and change direction based on evidence • Work on a small team accountable for a business outcome, owning how assigned work gets built • Report to the VP, Product Delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Record of building and shipping software that real users depend on • Technical fluency to implement, debug, and operate production software • Depth in at least one discipline such as engineering, product, design, or data • Daily use of coding agents and other AI tools on shipped work • Experience experimenting with new AI capabilities through working projects • Product sense, design judgment, and data fluency • Strong verification habits and clear communication • Ability to identify incorrect output, explain trade-offs, and involve specialists when needed • Comfort working directly in customer and partner environments, including forward-deployment settings • Ability to balance speed, maintainability, security, privacy, and applicable compliance requirements • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada
