📋 Description

• Engineer, design, and provide operational support for the UCC infrastructure • Ensure critical infrastructure protection, vulnerability remediation, and information assurance • Manage and maintain UCC systems, including routine patch management and security updates • Document technical architecture, configurations, alert thresholds, and operational parameters • Oversee software and hardware installation, configuration, support, maintenance, and troubleshooting • Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting for UCC infrastructure using agencies’ standard tools • Collaborate with team members, networking, and infrastructure teams to support UCC tools and platforms • Provide software support for video streaming solutions, live/VOD/mobile player adoption and integration, Digital Rapids encoding, Adobe AMS streaming, video-rich websites, browser technologies, third-party component integration and tuning, and AMX programming • Configure and enforce tenant-wide Microsoft Teams meeting, voice routing, messaging, live event/town hall, and app permission policies • Oversee Teams lifecycle management, federation/external access boundaries, and integration endpoints • Troubleshoot call quality, media stream performance, and meeting connectivity using Teams Admin Center and Call Quality Dashboard • Administer OneDrive for Business synchronization policies, site quotas, retention holds, cross-site sharing links, permissions, and document library thresholds

🎯 Requirements

• Be a US Citizen or US Person who has lived in the United States for the past three (3) consecutive years • Holding a current Public Trust is preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field; additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Unified Communications, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Teams • Strong understanding of VoIP, video conferencing, and collaboration tools • Familiarity with integrating Microsoft Teams in hybrid environments • ITIL Foundations certification or ability to obtain it within 3 months after starting • Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate or equivalent certification preferred • Experience with other UCC platforms like Cisco Webex, Zoom, Slack and Zabber preferred
