📋 Description

• Manage the organization's lean business process initiatives • Focus on business process and execution workflow • Implement procedures to analyze workflows and integrate appropriate workflow technology • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste • Research and employ lean methodologies and principles to improve core business operations and processes • Monitor lean initiatives against plan objectives • Evaluate the impact of lean principles on costs, production quality, and delivery goals • Lead creation and implementation of operational policies, goals, and major initiatives • Develop operational capacity to support sustainable growth while reducing risk • Establish effective operational processes and procedures • Build and strengthen technical capability through knowledge sharing and development planning • Lead root cause investigations, corrective actions, and yield/defect reduction • Partner cross-functionally to resolve complex real estate business processes and communicate priorities and risks to leadership • Drive process development, optimization, qualification, and sustaining across departments • Research and adopt new technologies for expansion, scalability, and efficiency • Set operating goals and create budgets aligned with business priorities • Build strategies and oversee execution to achieve short-term and long-term financial and operational objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Property industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance • Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in a STEM Field • 2 years’ experience in process management development field • Knowledge of lean business process initiatives, methodologies, and principles • Strong statistical and analytical methods for root cause investigations, corrective actions, and yield/defect reduction • Knowledge of business process and execution workflow • Knowledge of workflow technology integration • Knowledge of operating principles and practices across property functions, including Engineering/Maintenance, Project Management, Finance and Accounting, Legal/Contracting, Food and Beverage, Guest Services/Front Desk, Sales & Marketing, Security/Loss Prevention, Title Services, and Information Technology Systems • Technical acumen in a relevant functional area • Ability to work Monday-Friday during standard business hours and across different time zones
