📋 Description

• Respond to technical issues and questions via Slack, Linear, and Pylon. • Understand Levanta's technology and guide customers through technical challenges. • Escalate product bugs to the engineering team with clear context. • Create and maintain technical support documentation for Customer Success and Engineering. • Identify repeat issues and propose product improvements. • Build internal tools to solve common issues. • Implement AI workflows to improve support-process efficiency. • Serve as the bridge between Customer Success and Engineering to troubleshoot and resolve product, integration, and API-related issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Only accepting candidates with verified LinkedIn profiles. • 2+ years of prior experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering. • Ability to read and write code in TypeScript. • Good communication skills and ability to juggle multiple technical conversations. • Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and cloud tooling. • Must have a permanent address in one of the listed hub states: California, Florida, New York, Ohio, Utah, Texas, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, or DC.
