📋 Description

• Process orders to ensure seamless processing • Oversee customer inquiries through the site, email, and phone calls • Help with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges • Resolve customer requests and complaints • Update essential information on sales channels • Learn product line strengths and benefits and communicate them to customers • Report to the E-commerce Customer Care Lead

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in a customer service role in eCommerce • Experience working with Shopify and Gorgias • Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and resolves problems with grace and integrity • Experience interpreting and responding to customer questions • Must be available to work regularly on weekends • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Must not require current or future employment visa sponsorship • Candidates with an existing H-1B visa eligible for transfer may be considered
