📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deliver the organization's legal service with guidance from senior colleagues • Provide specialist advice on policies, procedures, complex queries, and contentious issues • Contribute specialist expertise and insights to functional strategy • Draft policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with external requirements • Act as subject matter expert in technology, policy, regulation, or operational management • Maintain external accreditations and knowledge of current and emerging regulations and industry best practices • Develop stakeholder engagement by identifying and responding to stakeholder needs and concerns • Develop and maintain legal review templates, playbooks, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of law firm experience • Demonstrated success handling complex legal and business issues independently • Advanced knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies in area of expertise • Ability to interpret and apply legal knowledge independently and provide guidance • Ability to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies • Advanced legal communication skills • Advanced legal research and application of legal concepts • Ability to collaborate with clients to prioritize business objectives through analysis of business context • Ability to explain legal concepts, risks, and recommendations clearly and practically to internal business partners, senior stakeholders, customers, and external audiences
