📋 Description

• Put an AI-native operating system into practice for Global Communications and Brand • Design, build, maintain, and evolve AI-native workflows, skills, GPTs, and automations • Curate and continuously refine operating system content and standards • Measure and track adoption, time saved, and output quality • Communicate impact to stakeholders • Package, test, and share skills, templates, and workflows with global teams • Champion AI fluency and adoption through guidelines, forums, workstreams, and training • Collaborate with Global Communications and Brand colleagues • Monitor the AI landscape and turn new tools, models, and techniques into practical workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in marketing, communications, or marketing operations, ideally in B2B tech or legal tech • Hands-on experience with major LLMs, including Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini • Ideally, a track record of building skills, GPTs, and AI-native workflows • Strong facilitation and teaching skills • Ability to turn a technical framework into usable practice for a non-technical marketing team • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on building ability • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving adoption of new ways of working • Deep curiosity about AI and marketing transformation
