📋 Description

• Oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice processing, approvals, vendor maintenance, payment processing, and reconciliations • Review and approve weekly ACH, wire, and check payment runs • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including W-9 maintenance and 1099 filings • Analyze, improve, and document accounts payable workflows • Lead development and utilization of data analytics to monitor department KPIs and manage cash flow • Provide financial reporting and forecasting for weekly cash requirements • Supervise, mentor, and develop accounts payable team members • Collaborate across teams to drive productivity, accountability, innovation, execution, and results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounts payable experience • Proven experience overseeing a full-cycle accounts payable function • Prior experience supervising and leading accounts payable staff • Experience in a high-growth and multi-entity corporate environment • Intermediate proficiency in Excel • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to build processes and work independently • Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • For roles requiring a state insurance license, must meet applicable state licensing requirements and not be disqualified, barred, or prohibited from conducting insurance business under Title 18 U.S. Code §§1033 and 1034
