📋 Description

• Deliver on-demand single session consultations, clinical assessments, triage, and informational services • Leverage advanced technology platforms to enhance customer experience and optimize outcomes • Connect members to the right solutions at the right time • Support members through their preferred communication modality: phone, video, or chat • Provide immediate, 24/7 mental health support to members

🎯 Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LCMHC, LICSW or Clinical Psychologist) in the state where the candidate will work • 1+ years of crisis intervention experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent multitasking abilities • Proficiency in using various technology platforms and tools • Call center work experience (preferred) • Experience delivering services via chat, video, and phone (preferred) • Strong rapport-building skills (preferred) • Experience facilitating positive behavior changes (preferred) • 1+ years of EAP, Behavioral Health, or Social Services experience (preferred) • Experience working with diverse populations (preferred) • Familiarity with brief therapy models and Motivational Interviewing (preferred) • Master’s degree in a behavioral health or counseling field
