📋 Description

• Lead outbound sales and marketing engagements in a virtual pharmaceutical environment • Focus on physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel • Drive awareness, education, and adoption of products within assigned accounts • Develop and demonstrate knowledge of complex clinical disease states and advanced treatment guidelines • Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and strategic interactions with assigned targets • Communicate complex product information to healthcare professionals to positively impact patient outcomes • Use advanced virtual selling techniques informed by healthcare-provider behavior to drive demand, reinforce accountability, and generate sales conversions to the field sales team • Analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans considering market dynamics and patient access challenges • Address customer needs and drive sales performance • Create tailored account experiences and solutions • Conduct territory planning and pre-/post-call analysis • Develop daily and weekly call schedules for efficient target coverage • Use telephony systems and record appropriate information in the CRM

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree required • 3+ years of demonstrated pharmaceutical sales experience • Specialty Pharmacy, Biologics, or Buy and Bill experience required • Experience in account planning and/or complex reimbursement models • Expert selling skills, including customer engagement and relationship-building success via e-promotion • Ability to learn quickly and apply disease-state and product knowledge in a highly compliant manner • Initiative, self-motivation, and performance-driven mindset • Comprehensive knowledge of complex clinical disease states and advanced treatment guidelines • Ability to use telephony systems and record information in CRM according to customer business rules and training • COVID-19 vaccination requirements may apply depending on local governments or Syneos Health customers
