📋 Description

• Schedule patient appointments and maintain communication to confirm future appointments • Document patient medical information and intake forms • Ensure all related reports, labs, and information are completed and available in patient charts before appointments • Perform data entry to document patient records and maintain patient charts • Answer and respond to patient questions and concerns in a timely manner • Record vital signs • Correspond with customer service representatives regarding patient questions • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested • Report directly to an RN

🎯 Requirements

• Current CMA/RMA certification • 2+ years of experience as a CMA/RMA • Ability to have open availability in schedule • Professional experience working with EMRs, Word, Excel, and Outlook • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Bilingual in English and Spanish • Excellent interpersonal skills • Attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills • High level of professionalism and empathy • Desire to serve and protect the company by adhering to professional standards, company policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local requirements • Ability to interact with patients in a courteous manner and keep best practices for patient centered care at the forefront • Eagerness to demonstrate initiative and ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, while exploring opportunities that add value to the role
