📋 Description

• Supervise and lead RCM staff, including performance management metrics • Complete monthly quality evaluations • Monitor staff scheduling and adherence to time and attendance protocol • Maintain workload balance, maximize efficiency, eliminate rework, and reduce cost across RCM operations • Identify issues and develop action plans to mitigate or resolve them, escalating as needed • Train, develop, motivate, and assist team members in improving skills, knowledge, and attitude • Maintain a work environment that promotes communication, morale, engagement, and team-member growth • Identify performance deficiencies and opportunities and implement action plans • Respond promptly to requests from staff, leadership, and centers, including account research and resolution • Complete accounts referred to the Supervisor in a timely manner • Attend or hold assigned meetings and document agendas and notes as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent • 4+ years of experience in medical billing/RCM; supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership • Advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation, A/R, CPT, and ICD-9 codes • Excellent working knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management operations with specific focus on Outpatient Mental Health payors and Commercial payors, including Medicare regulations and compliance and HIPAA • Proficient in MS Office suite; intermediate to advanced Excel and Word skills • Clear, effective, and accurate verbal and written communication skills • Organizational and prioritization skills sufficient to effectively manage multiple, concurrent initiatives • Handling of all PHI (Protected Health Information) and Patient Identifiable Data with discretion and confidentiality • Legally authorized to be employed in the United States • Awareness, inclusivity, sensitivity, humility, and experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities
