📋 Description

• Serve as the technical quality reference within the Development team • Plan and execute testing strategies aligned with projects' functional and non-functional requirements • Analyze functional requirements and translate business rules into test scenarios • Create and maintain test plans, test cases and test scripts • Execute functional, regression and non-functional tests • Identify, log and track defect resolution with development teams • Act as a bridge between technical teams, Product Owners (POs) and external clients • Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes and practices • Support test prioritization based on risk and business impact • Document test evidence and report results to both technical and non-technical audiences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields • Strong hands-on experience in software testing for complex digital products • Proven track record as a technical quality reference supporting multidisciplinary teams • Practical experience with functional, regression and non-functional testing • Demonstrated ability to absorb business rules from functional requirements and translate them into test scenarios • Proficient in methodologies and techniques for functional, regression, exploratory and non-functional testing • Knowledge of non-functional testing, especially performance, security and usability • Experience with test and defect management tools, including Jira • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban) • Knowledge of API and integration testing • Clear and assertive communication for interacting with external clients and Product Owners • Ability to quickly understand business context from requirements • Collaborative attitude when working with multiple areas and stakeholders • Sense of ownership and commitment to delivery quality • Analytical thinking and attention to detail • Autonomy to drive activities independently • Experience with test automation is a plus • Experience with financial products or Open Finance is a plus
