📋 Description

• Shape the future of Workplace Solutions by leading strategic planning efforts that drive long-term growth, profitability, customer experience improvements, and enterprise priorities • Partner with senior and executive leaders to develop, prioritize, and execute transformational initiatives, ensuring investments and resources are aligned to business objectives and strategic outcomes • Lead a portfolio of high-impact, cross-functional programs and projects , coordinating stakeholders across the organization to drive alignment, resolve dependencies, and deliver results • Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and business challenges , translating insights into actionable strategies that strengthen competitive positioning and create sustainable value • Drive organizational change and continuous improvement , leading initiatives that enhance business performance, streamline processes, improve quality, and support future growth • Build strong relationships and influence across the enterprise , fostering collaboration, gaining consensus, and navigating competing priorities to achieve shared goals • Establish and monitor success measures for strategic initiatives , providing executive-level insights, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring initiatives remain aligned with intended outcomes • Develop organizational capability and strategic thinking , providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance that enables teams to execute effectively in a dynamic and evolving business environment

🎯 Requirements

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) • 10+ Years strategic planning experience directly aligned to the specific responsibilities for this role • Ability to think critically, analyze information and to evaluate the implications of a course of action or solution • Experience in strategic planning/execution • Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed and logical discussions/presentations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as ability to communicate knowledgeable and credibly with senior management and internal constituents
