📋 Description

• Answer approximately 50–60 customer calls per day regarding group insurance claims, including dental, life, disability and FMLA • Provide claim information and verification of benefits to members • Educate customers and employers about FMLA and disability products and advise on next steps • Accurately notate claims and leaves using multiple applications and platforms • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders by email and phone • Identify, recommend and champion process improvements and organizational initiatives • Complete six weeks of paid training Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm EST

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Internet bandwidth of at least 12 Mbps; preferred bandwidth is 25 Mbps • Ability to work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 8:00pm EST • Data entry and research experience in a fast-paced environment (preferred) • Ability to maneuver through multiple systems as needed (preferred)
