📋 Description

• Answer approximately 50–60 customer calls throughout the day regarding claims • Provide claim information using multiple applications and platforms • Verify benefits for members as needed • Educate customers and employers about FMLA and disability products • Accurately notate claims and leaves • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders by email and phone • Meet customer expectations through independent, flexible and responsive service • Identify, recommend and champion process improvements and organizational initiatives • Complete six weeks of Monday–Friday paid training from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST • Work an eight-hour Monday–Friday shift between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Internet bandwidth of at least 12 Mbps; 25 Mbps preferred • Availability for an eight-hour Monday–Friday shift between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST • Preferred: data entry and research experience in a fast-paced environment • Preferred: ability to maneuver through multiple systems
