📋 Description

• Promote sales of Lincoln Financial Group’s products to financial professionals in Independent and Wires channels through wholesale and point-of-sale efforts • Build and maintain business relationships with key sales clients to meet or exceed sales goals, quotas, targets, or objectives • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to process sold products from time of sale to issuance • Conduct site visits to assigned firms and institutions • Cultivate, manage, and maintain client relationships within the assigned territory • Develop and execute plans to select key partners and optimize sales effectiveness • Develop and execute sales plans to increase revenue and market share • Maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve sales objectives • Provide presentations, information, education, training, and advice on company products and services • Provide sales support tools, sales and marketing ideas on Lincoln products and offerings • Use expense budgets to maximize sales opportunities and collaborate on proposals and marketing materials • Adhere to LFD’s Culture of Compliance and comply with policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in wholesaling aligned with the specific responsibilities • FINRA Series SIE, 6, and 63 License required upon hire • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Must live in territory or posted location • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment
