📋 Description

• Proactively promote sales of Lincoln Financial Group’s products to financial professionals in Independent and Wires channels through wholesale and point of sale efforts • Build and maintain business relationships with key sales clients to meet or exceed sales goals, quotas, targets or objectives • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper processing of sold products from time of sale to issuance • Conduct site visits to assigned firms/institutions to achieve sales targets • Cultivate, manage, and maintain firm/institution client relationships within assigned territory • Develop and execute plans to select key partners and optimize sales effectiveness • Develop and execute sales plans to increase sales revenue and market share • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve sales objectives • Meet or exceed department and/or sales goals for the assigned territory • Provide presentations, information, education, training, and advice on company products and services • Provide sales support tools, sales and marketing ideas on Lincoln products and offerings • Utilize expense budgets to maximize sales opportunities and collaborate on proposals and marketing materials • Adhere to LFD’s Culture of Compliance and policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in wholesaling that aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position • FINRA Series SIE, 6, and 63 License required upon hire • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Must live in territory or posted location • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment
