• 10+ years of professional experience • Experience in leadership, learning and development, people development, client relationships, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field • Genuine interest in leadership and personal development • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively • Comfortable connecting with and speaking to professionals from a variety of backgrounds • Willingness to learn and follow established systems • Self-directed, motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of your results • Prior experience in the personal development industry is not required; full training is provided
