📋 Description

• Own and run three to five concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end states, published statuses, named dependency owners, and target completion dates • Drive programs to completion across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Operations, Solutions, and Go-to-Market • Escalate stalled dependencies with judgment • Identify operational workflows spanning multiple teams and systems • Quantify current-state costs and design and implement consolidated or automated replacements • Produce analysis behind program decisions using Lob's data and reporting stack and available AI tooling • Document completed programs and transition them to permanent owners with enduring metrics • Prepare and deliver program reviews and status updates for leadership, including recommendations and supporting rationale • Provide backup for FP&A, Deal Desk, and Business Operations analytics deliverables • Support company-wide operating cadences such as QBRs and leadership offsites

🎯 Requirements

• Strong skills scoping ambiguous work, sequencing dependencies, and holding owners to dates across multiple organizations • Excellent verbal and written communication • Ability to present to and hold a position with a leadership team • Analytical fluency sufficient to reach a defensible number independently • Familiarity with BI/data warehouse tooling and AI-assisted analysis • SQL helpful but not required • Curiosity and initiative • Ability to operate well in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and incomplete information • 4–7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy, business operations, strategic finance, revenue operations, or chief-of-staff work with direct ownership of an operationally complex domain • Bachelor's degree required • Demonstrated cross-functional outcome with a measurable result • Background in B2B SaaS, marketplace, logistics, or another operationally intensive business preferred
