📋 Description

• Evaluate operational technology (OT) systems and interface with IT and OT equipment and systems • Troubleshoot bottlenecks and recommend solutions for their elimination • Propose system improvements that optimize development and maintenance efforts • Analyze and recommend improvements to OT programs and systems to meet industry standards and best practices • Support OT systems including UMCS, ESS, BAS, Fire and Emergency Services Systems, Fuels SCADA systems, Fuels Dispensing, Tank Gauging systems, Material Handling systems, and other DLA OT control systems with automated operational control functions • Strengthen the cybersecurity posture of control systems supporting DoD fuel automation and energy operations worldwide

🎯 Requirements

• Five (5) years of relevant experience • Must possess an IT-II security clearance or hold a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at the time of application • Experience with various vendors and types of OT systems, including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and network protocols • Experience with cybersecurity standards and best practices for OT systems • Experience evaluating security vulnerabilities • Experience developing and integrating mitigation strategies • Experience developing policy and procedures for DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements • Excellent research and analytical skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • DoD-approved 8570 baseline certification: Category IAM Level II, such as CISSP or CISM
