📋 Description

• Assist with technical solutioning and development/implementation of ServiceNow modules and services • Deliver enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture expertise • Lead multiple development and implementation efforts • Provide guidance and leadership to development Team Leads • Support as a Team Lead and Senior ServiceNow Developer • Analyze customer requirements and develop solution architecture addressing technical and management needs, automation, and operational reporting • Lead development of solution artifacts, including road maps, operations optimization, architecture and block diagrams beyond User Story requirements • Support prototype development • Lead technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements • Support and mentor ServiceNow Developers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's and 7 years of experience, Master's and 5 years of experience or 11+ in lieu of a degree • 8+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer • Experience with AWS Cloud Management Platform • Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities • Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly • Experience with the US Federal Government • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust; contract requirement • 8+ years of experience developing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR • 5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews • Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and commonly integrated third-party technologies • 5+ years of experience developing system architecture, design principles, and impacts • 5+ years of experience supporting IT-related data integrity, including CMDB, HAM, and SAM • 5+ years of industry experience • 5+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions • Additional ServiceNow CIS certification preferred, including listed baseline and module certifications • Experience with web development technologies including X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java • Experience implementing JavaScript for ServiceNow automation • Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols • Experience with Business Rules, Workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces, and External Portals • Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP • Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications • Project Management or Agile certification • ITILv4 Foundations Certification • Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
