📋 Description

• Lead a division within Lowe's Retail Facilities Management organization • Oversee facilities operations and strategic relationships with Store Operations, Property Management, Real Estate, Construction, and vendor partners • Manage a large-scale portfolio of repair, maintenance, and retrofit projects across multiple retail locations • Develop and execute planned maintenance and reactive repair programs • Develop annual and long-term strategies to maintain clean and safe facilities, extend asset life cycles, minimize equipment downtime, reduce total cost of ownership, and support capital planning • Collaborate with Store Operations, Finance, Asset Protection, Construction, and Real Estate stakeholders • Develop strategic plans using facility condition assessments, financial data, and business analytics • Own and manage CapEx and OpEx budgets for repairs, maintenance, utilities, and capital projects • Establish standardized facility condition assessment processes • Lead and develop Facilities Support Managers and Facilities Analysts • Oversee issue escalation and resolution for maintenance and capital projects • Monitor performance metrics and vendor scorecards • Manage vendor relationships and improve service quality, responsiveness, and program performance • Partner with Real Estate on lease and Common Area Maintenance negotiations and CAM obligations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Construction or related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable • 10 years of facilities management experience, preferably in big-box retail • Proven experience in customer service • Experience achieving service-level agreement (SLA) performance standards • Salaried remote associates cannot reside in Alaska or Hawaii
