📋 Description

• Support financial advisors in LPL's Linsco employee channel • Lead regional profitability and growth across multiple branches • Partner with advisors to create and implement business growth • Maintain high advisor retention and satisfaction • Support advisor recruitment by communicating the Employee Channel's mission and vision • Help transition new teams to LPL • Build and maintain strong advisor relationships while balancing model profitability • Report to the National Branch Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of branch experience in a branch manager, branch operations/service, or branch administration role • Bachelor's degree • Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 • 10+ years of financial services experience • Willingness to travel to branch offices as needed • Strong collaboration and client experience skills • Strategic agility and critical thinking • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Operational execution and process development • Talent management and team-building ability • Ability to collaborate internally and externally • Strong wealth management experience and a track record of recruiting and integrating advisors • Strong interpersonal, written, oral, presentation, and visual communication skills • Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels and lead change • Awareness of industry dynamics and best practices
