📋 Description

• Lead and drive organizational growth through engagement and strategic account management • Manage and motivate a team • Plan and execute scalable strategies for long-term client retention • Collaborate with support, professional services, and management resources to meet strategic account performance objectives and client expectations • Lead strategic account planning to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones • Develop client solutions with implementation teams and coordinate company personnel • Represent the company professionally and build trust with accounts • Advise clients and contribute to cross-selling future initiatives, products, and processes • Serve as primary client interface for assigned large accounts • Build and maintain ongoing business relationships at all management levels • Supervise staff, delegate tasks, manage workflow, and plan staffing requirements • Handle salary administration, hiring decisions, performance reviews, feedback, and disciplinary actions • Coach and mentor staff and provide development opportunities • Communicate goals and objectives and conduct performance discussions and evaluations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 8+ years progressive management experience • Demonstrated competency in executing strategic plans • Ability to learn the needs of a wide range of employees while driving team performance, monitoring results, and appropriately allocating resources • Broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures in the relevant field of specialization • Experience and knowledge of functional tools and infrastructure • Progressive experience leading employees in multiple locations • Significant experience developing and implementing solutions • Advanced degree preferred
