📋 Description

• Lead and develop clinical operations across multiple service lines • Manage and lead NPs, MDs, and DOs • Supervise clinicians to ensure effective delivery of patient services within plan scope • Lead provider-group clinical productivity with clinical leadership and operations teams • Establish recurring 1:1s with healthcare providers as needed • Develop and manage clinical protocols • Partner with quality and enablement teams to maintain clinical standards of care • Provide leadership, decision-making, and direction in patient care services • Identify process improvements and operational inefficiencies • Collaborate with stakeholders to execute processes and procedures • Lead internal meetings for problem identification and resolution • Optimize day-to-day telemedicine operations, including policies, procedures, and quality-improvement measures • Assess performance improvement to promote practice growth and development • Direct, coordinate, and delegate patient care • Motivate individuals and foster collaboration across departments • Provide telemedicine care to patients across the United States when needed, based on licensure • Report to the head of the provider care group • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. with required board certifications and licensing • Licensed and board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine required • Obesity Medicine board certification preferred but not required • Active unrestricted medical license in 5–10 states within the United States required • Minimum 3 years of management of medical providers in a US health system within the past 5 years, or recent relevant experience required • Prior experience leading clinical teams, preferably with educational experience and/or strategic planning experience • Prior experience in virtual care required • Prior experience in clinical protocol development and management for virtual care required • Prior experience in medical weight loss required • Experience preferably in testosterone replacement therapy, hormone replacement therapy, functional/longevity/peptide medicine, remote patient monitoring, and chronic care management • Prior experience in virtual clinical operations required • Proficient with Google Suite, virtual communication platforms, and AI required • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, software, and operating systems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams and stakeholders • Ability to pivot quickly in a rapidly growing startup environment • Applicants with an inherent conflict, such as owning a competing or similar-services business, may not be engaged
