📋 Description

• Manage and lead a growing team of healthcare providers, including NPs, MDs, and DOs • Supervise clinicians to ensure patient services are delivered effectively within the scope of the plan • Lead the provider group’s clinical productivity with clinical leadership and operations teams • Establish recurring 1:1s with healthcare providers as needed • Develop and manage clinical protocols • Partner with quality and enablement teams to maintain clinical standards of care • Provide leadership, decision-making, and direction in patient care services • Identify process improvements and operational inefficiencies • Collaborate with stakeholders to execute processes and procedures • Lead internal meetings for problem identification and resolution • Optimize day-to-day telemedicine operations, including policies, procedures, and quality-improvement measures • Assess performance improvement to promote practice growth and development • Direct, coordinate, and delegate patient care • Motivate individuals and foster collaboration across departments • Provide safe, effective, and compassionate telemedicine care when needed, based on licensure, for conditions across the country • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. with active, unrestricted medical license • Active board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine • Active unrestricted medical license in 5–10 states within the United States • Minimum 3 years of management of medical providers in a US health system within the past 5 years, or recent relevant experience • Years of telehealth experience • Leadership experience in telehealth, including managing/coaching clinicians and familiarity with telehealth best practices • Prior experience leading clinical teams; educational and/or strategic planning experience preferred • Prior experience in virtual care • Prior experience developing and managing clinical protocols for virtual care • Prior experience in medical weight loss • Experience in testosterone replacement therapy, hormone replacement therapy, functional/longevity/peptide medicine, remote patient monitoring, and chronic care management preferred • Experience in virtual clinical operations • Proficiency with Google Suite, virtual communication platforms, and AI • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, software, and operating systems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams and stakeholders • Ability to pivot in a rapidly growing startup environment • Obesity Medicine board certification preferred but not required • Applicants must not have an inherent conflict of interest, such as owning a business providing the same or similar services
