📋 Description

• Manage Large Enterprise relationships within Strategic Accounts Management • Help plan, execute and measure the success of key Large Enterprise relationships • Provide business management, project management and insight support to the EVP and SVP of IAS Business Consulting • Lead identification, creation and development of consulting tools and reporting views • Partner with Business Development and consulting teams on new store sales growth plans, recruiting mechanisms and outcomes • Hold Large Enterprise relationships accountable to value delivery • Support retention of Large Enterprise relationships and their underlying advisors • Lead special projects related to Large Enterprise relationships • Improve client experience by identifying opportunities and coordinating with LPL departments on deliverables and outcomes • Serve as critical support for senior management

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience • Experience collaborating with individuals across lines of business, functional areas, and different levels of an organization • 7+ years of experience navigating a complex data environment • 7+ years of experience identifying, extracting, integrating and working with data from multiple systems • 7+ years of experience ensuring the highest level of data accuracy • 7+ years of experience utilizing the Microsoft Office product suite • Expert Excel proficiency • Expert PowerPoint proficiency • Intermediate Word proficiency • Client-centric mindset and commitment to improving client experience while balancing resource requirements and profitability • High general business acumen • Ability to independently plan, organize, prioritize, and execute multiple work streams concurrently • Strategic and analytical thinking skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to find creative solutions for project and data challenges
