📋 Description

• Serve as chief legal advisor to TeraRecon’s executive leadership • Oversee legal, contracting, employment, corporate governance, and data privacy matters • Own commercial contracting, transactional, employment, litigation, and intellectual property matters • Act as Data Protection Officer • Partner with the Regulatory team on healthcare compliance • Manage the TeraRecon Legal team • Lead legal negotiations for sales and strategic partnerships • Maintain and revise contract frameworks • Oversee all written agreements • Provide legal guidance throughout the product lifecycle, from development to commercialization • Manage outside counsel relationships and legal budgets • Support employment matters in partnership with HR • Report directly to the SVP and General Manager of TeraRecon, with a dotted-line to ConcertAI’s General Counsel

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. • US State Bar admission • At least 8 years of corporate legal experience • Experience with contract negotiation, intellectual property, litigation oversight, and corporate governance • Experience in healthcare or software/SaaS strongly preferred • Experience with data privacy compliance strongly preferred • Experience leading high-performing legal teams in dynamic environments strongly preferred
