📋 Description

• Lead the Global Services division across Support, Managed Services, Global Advanced Services, Professional Services, Project Management, Technical Leads, and Delivery Operations • Own the quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction of end-to-end service delivery • Set and continuously revisit the strategic direction for Global Services • Champion an AI-first approach using automation and emerging technology to scale service delivery • Build and refine KPIs for service delivery, customer satisfaction, and team performance • Establish systems to capture, share, and reuse knowledge across Global Services • Maintain and grow Percona's reputation as an expert in open source database technologies • Engage key customers and translate evolving needs into service delivery improvements • Encourage delivery teams to contribute high-impact content and expertise to the Percona community • Hold P&L responsibility, track financial performance, allocate resources, and identify growth opportunities • Pilot and scale efficiency and optimization initiatives, tools, and processes • Partner with Go-to-Market, Product Management, and Engineering on product strategy, market trends, and innovation • Build relationships with customers, partners, and the community and incorporate their feedback into services • Improve service delivery processes, methodologies, and tools • Contribute executive thought leadership and hands-on support to company-wide strategic priorities • Monitor industry trends, emerging technology, and the competitive landscape

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years leading global delivery organizations, including Support, Managed Services, and Professional/Project Services teams, in software or technology • Strong command of the database software industry, including open source technologies, and where they are headed • Experience delivering complex projects and services to customers • Experience translating business goals into actionable strategic plans with measurable outcomes • Experience managing P&L, financial analysis, and resource allocation • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams through change • Effective communication and influence across internal and external stakeholders • Experience using data and metrics to make decisions and testing, learning from, and adjusting ideas quickly • Experience leading globally distributed, remote teams • Senior-level experience within the database technology and/or open source software ecosystem • Experience introducing AI, automation, or emerging technologies into a services organization • Global mindset and comfort operating across regions, time zones, and cultures • Analytical, adaptable, resourceful, solutions-oriented, self-directed, organized, dependable, and composed under pressure
