âą Manage full revenue cycle processes from insurance verification through accounts receivable follow-up âą Ensure accurate and timely claims submission and compliance with payer requirements âą Resolve denials and billing issues and maintain detailed documentation âą Support high-volume workflows with accuracy and adherence to standards âą Create and manage reports and dashboards âą Ensure data accuracy and monitor KPIs to identify risks and performance issues âą Analyze financial and operational data, including denials, accounts receivable, and payer trends âą Identify root causes and deliver actionable improvement insights âą Support and optimize EHR and billing systems âą Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process and system improvements âą Provide operational support across revenue cycle functions âą Enhance system configuration and reporting while ensuring continuity of business operations âą Support Lucet's mission to improve behavioral, physical, and social health
âą Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience âą 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations, billing, analytics, or related work within a healthcare services environment âą Knowledge of front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end revenue cycle operations and their impact on reimbursement performance âą Experience with EHR and practice management/billing systems, including system configuration and workflow optimization âą Understanding of payer requirements, regulatory standards, and billing and claims compliance âą Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance âą Analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends âą Strong problem-solving and organizational skills âą Ability to pass background checks upon hire and throughout employment âą 10-panel drug screening âą E-Verify requirements âą High-speed internet installed before starting: minimum 20 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload, and maximum 100 ms latency âą Ability to use computer and phone systems frequently âą Ability to remain stationary and seated for long periods, perform repetitive typing motions, interpret data, problem solve, make decisions, organize and plan, and maintain a professional attitude âą Quiet workspace with minimal background noise for calls
