📋 Description

• Serve as the key point of contact for assigned clients throughout the annual Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting process • Provide overall project management, including proactively initiating communications and delivering services and resources • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and Lumelight team members • Manage and monitor client accounts to ensure records and information are received in a timely manner • Collect data and analyze it for accuracy while monitoring client engagement and satisfaction • Communicate effectively and efficiently with clients and team members • Identify problems or issues and ensure they are responded to and resolved • Ensure on-time and accurate reporting meeting contractual requirements and client expectations • Maintain current working knowledge of benefit laws and regulations, particularly those tied to the Affordable Care Act • Represent Lumelight when interacting with brokers and clients • Provide quality control for ACA reporting clients • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• College degree and/or two to four years of client-facing work experience requiring consistent customer service etiquette and skills • At least 2 years of experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Comfortable using Microsoft Windows PCs • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organization and time management skills • Customer service orientation and commitment to responsive support • Problem-solving skills and sound judgment • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Experience with CRM, HRIS, ERP, or other business systems, as applicable • Analytical thinking and ability to interpret information to support decisions • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week, following an agreed-upon schedule • Ability to work extended hours and/or weekends during the busiest ACA reporting season, mainly in the first quarter • Must live in one of the approved Lumelight states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah
