📋 Description

• Manage the overall relationship with clients from implementation through everyday problem resolution and renewal activities • Work directly with sales executives during finalist presentations • Present to potential clients when requested • Support and service 12–20 client groups generating $50,000–$250,000+ in annual net revenue • Maintain senior management-level contact with client Benefits, Human Resources, and financial staff • Ensure service delivery of Luminare Health products and services to maintain client satisfaction • Participate in internal projects as needed • Retain and grow the assigned book of business • Support the Regional Team as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of health insurance industry experience OR High School diploma and 9 years previous Client Management experience and/or experience in a similar TPA or health insurance environment with client-facing/client support responsibilities • Understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans • Knowledge and understanding of benefit-related federal laws, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA • Ability to travel is required, up to 25% • Results oriented and self-motivated • Ability to interact with senior level executives • Analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills • Excellent presentation skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional organizational skills • State insurance license preferred • Stop loss understanding is a plus • Remote employees must live within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, California, Hawaii, and New York
