📋 Description

• Prepare and organize loan documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy • Schedule appointments and follow up on leads and pending applications • Support Account Executives by tracking application status and coordinating with underwriters or processors • Respond to Broker inquiries and provide timely, professional service • Respond to Broker’s guideline-related questions across various loan products • Use AI tools to run income calculations for Brokers • Follow up with Brokers on registered loans to ensure timely submission of complete files • Complete ad hoc projects and tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum three years experience in mortgage origination, processing, or equivalent experience • Knowledge of personal computer and related word processing, spreadsheet and LOS software • Detail oriented • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent customer service skills • High School or equivalent education
