📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, formulate accurate diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and medication management strategies for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders • Foster collaborative treatment environments, educate families, involve them in care planning, and provide guidance on supportive measures at home • Conduct virtual psychiatric sessions and maintain regular communication with members and families • Participate in team meetings, collaborative care planning, and consultative support for team members • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, care plans, and progress notes • Use data analytics to assess outcomes and continuously improve care quality • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards and engage in ongoing professional development • Provide evidence-based treatment through live 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up appointments • Refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified or -eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with an active license in at least one state • Experience providing telehealth therapy services in a virtual environment (video and teletherapy) preferred but not required • Computer and live video tools literacy (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, Skype, etc.) • Demonstrated family engagement skills and experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults • Commitment to and familiarity with JCAHO guidelines and competency in practicing within an accredited framework to ensure safety, quality, and compliance
