📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations • Formulate accurate diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans • Provide evidence-based treatment and medication management for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders • Foster a collaborative, family-centered treatment environment • Educate families on mental health issues and supportive measures at home • Conduct live 60-minute virtual psychiatric intake sessions and regular follow-up appointments • Maintain regular communication with members and families using virtual care technology • Participate in team meetings and collaborative care planning • Provide consultative support to other team members • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, care plans, and progress notes • Use data analytics to assess outcomes and improve care quality • Comply with regulatory and quality standards • Engage in ongoing professional development • Refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist • Active license in at least one state • Experience providing telehealth therapy services in a virtual environment preferred but not required • Computer and live video tools literacy, including Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, and Skype • Demonstrated family engagement skills • Experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults • Familiarity with JCAHO guidelines • Competency in practicing within an accredited framework to ensure safety, quality, and compliance
