📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based treatment through live 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up appointments • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and formulate accurate diagnoses • Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each developmental stage • Provide medication management for conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders • Foster collaborative, family-centered treatment and educate families on mental health issues • Conduct virtual psychiatric sessions and maintain regular communication with members and families • Participate in team meetings and collaborative care planning • Provide consultative support to other team members • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, care plans, and progress notes • Use data analytics to assess outcomes and improve care quality • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards and provide ethical, patient-centered care • Refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist • Active license in at least one state • Experience providing telehealth therapy services in a virtual environment preferred but not required • Computer and live video tools literacy, including Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, or Skype • Demonstrated family engagement skills • Experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults • Commitment to and familiarity with JCAHO guidelines • Competency in practicing within an accredited framework to ensure safety, quality, and compliance
