📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end operational planning, execution, and change enablement for high-priority, time-bound strategic projects across Clinical Operations • Own the full project lifecycle and day-to-day execution for assigned strategic initiatives, including the Engage rollout and 2026/2027 launch preparation for Neuropsych, Exclusive Outpatient Network, and Lyra AI • Translate high-level goals into actionable roadmaps and project plans for internal teams and Service Line Leads • Design scope and initial structure for medium to large cross-functional teams • Support junior team members in creating materials and facilitating cross-functional meetings • Address operational and team challenges and direct project efforts to achieve aggressive deadlines • Build and sustain cross-functional relationships and serve as the operational liaison with major partners • Triage and resolve complex project roadblocks • Escalate high-stakes risks and challenges • Partner cross-functionally on sensitive and key projects • Manage a portfolio of complex projects with a meticulous approach

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in business operations, management consulting, program management, or related field, preferably within healthcare or high-growth tech environments • Ability to set up the broader strategic and business context for others while maintaining a grasp of key details • Ability to negotiate competing tensions and identify a clear pathway forward • Ability to independently address operational or team challenges and manage multiple or complex operational projects with little to no support • Ability to direct efforts of junior and senior Operations team members and cross-functional partners to achieve aggressive deadlines • Demonstrated proficiency in complex stakeholder management • Ability to push for prioritization tradeoffs to maintain project scope and timelines • Fluency in multiple systems and ability to determine effective deployment and upskilling approaches • Mastery of project management tools such as Asana, Jira, and Smartsheet for complex resource and dependency tracking
