📋 Description

• Build, scale, and operate integrations connecting M7 Health to healthcare systems' time-and-attendance and HRIS platforms • Enhance and extend existing UKG, Symplr, Workday, and ADP integrations • Build new integrations to expand platform reach • Design transformation and reconciliation logic for heterogeneous source data • Maintain resilient and correct data pipelines as customers and source systems change • Contribute to monitoring, alerting, and runbooks • Participate in the team's on-call rotation • Diagnose data discrepancies to root cause and fix underlying failure modes • Build systems with idempotency, replay, and recovery capabilities • Translate customer technical requirements into well-scoped systems with product • Make integrations deployable, documented, and supportable at scale with the Activations team • Join technical calls with customer IT, payroll, or HR teams • Contribute to at least one new integration end-to-end, from source-system scoping through customer launch

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building and operating production software • Track record of owning systems end-to-end • Experience with REST and SOAP APIs • Experience with file-based and SFTP feeds • Experience with webhook architectures • Knowledge of data schemas and SQL • Experience with transformation and reconciliation logic for messy external systems • Understanding of data correctness and idempotency • Experience with failure modes, observability, and recovery • Ability to communicate technical findings and data discrepancies clearly • Ability to work with ambiguity and undocumented source systems • Fluent with AI coding assistants in daily workflow • Authorized to work in the United States • Nice to have: hands-on UKG data model experience • Nice to have: healthcare SaaS experience • Nice to have: TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and AWS or similar cloud infrastructure experience • Nice to have: data platform or pipeline experience supporting intelligence or ML features • Nice to have: venture-backed startup experience
