📋 Description

• Partner with the sales organization to help drive Sprinklr revenue • Develop and present customized solutions using Sprinklr's AI-powered platform for complex business challenges across service, social, marketing, and research • Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to integrate AI and data science capabilities into client infrastructures • Design and showcase automation solutions, including agentic AI, robotic, and AI-powered technologies • Design scalable, high-performance, and cost-efficient architectures using Sprinklr's Unified-CXM platform • Provide strategic guidance on data architecture, multi-cloud deployments, API integrations, and hybrid-cloud environments • Create technical and system architectures for current environments, future landscapes, and solution comparisons • Support ethical and responsible AI use in technology solutions • Lead presales activities, including presentations, solution recommendations, technical workshops, RFPs, and Proofs of Concept • Collaborate with customer success, architects, specialists, engineering, and product marketing to configure demonstrations and validate customer requirements • Apply design thinking and human-centric design to experience-oriented enterprise solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering; Master's degree preferred • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise architecture, data architecture and Contact Center and UC environments • 5+ years of experience with software architecture and design within CCaaS systems • Demonstrated experience implementing AI solutions for marketing technology and social media management • Expertise in cloud contact center ecosystems, including Genesys, Amazon Connect, NICE, and Five9 • Expertise in cloud-based martech solutions • Strong knowledge of AI, automation, and ML frameworks, with hands-on experience integrating AI-driven customer engagement solutions • Ability to communicate with executives, IT, and business leads and translate complex AI-driven functions to business value • Thought leadership experience such as publishing whitepapers, speaking at industry events, or blogging • Ability to perform deep discovery of customer architecture frameworks and connect them with Sprinklr Data Architecture • Expertise in multi-cloud architectures, data sharing, streaming, and hybrid-cloud environments • Experience with IP Telephony, Intelligent Routing, Workflow Automation, Self Service, Conversational AI, Workforce Optimization, Outbound Engagement, Social Media Engagement, Digital (DX), Unified Communications (UC), and Analytics • Must be local to customer locations and willing to travel up to 40% of the time • Must have current and unrestricted work authorization in the country where the role is based; visa sponsorship or work authorization support is unavailable
