📋 Description

• Serve as deputy to the program manager for government contract delivery • Supervise employees in the project management office and/or regional or installation-level field personnel • Support operational project planning and implementation • Provide operational support for reporting, tasker completion, presentations, contract management, communications, scheduling, and assigned functions • Meet with process owners and stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, success factors, and measures • Create, execute, and revise project work plans • Identify resources and assign responsibilities • Manage day-to-day project operations and scope, including meeting facilitation and documentation • Review team deliverables before submission • Prepare project reviews and quality assurance procedures • Analyze program data and metrics and contribute to high-level reports for corporate and government leadership • Identify and escalate project risks and issues • Maintain complete, current, and properly stored project documentation • Keep project teams informed of organizational changes and corporate news affecting project scope • Provide regular stakeholder status reporting • Prepare enterprise project activity reports and dashboards • Deliver engaging, informative, and well-organized presentations • Conduct lessons learned and improve processes • Contribute to and maintain project management policies, guidelines, and best practices • Assist with resource management and project financial materials • Participate in strategy and growth activities, including solutions, proposals, staffing estimates, and new business opportunities • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of military service, or a combination of education and work experience • Experience overseeing and managing projects in military/government environments • Experience in functional support roles and collaborative interactions with military/government personnel • At least one year of experience working in a DoD or VA health-related setting • Ability to influence and motivate others to collaborate • Superior writing, editing, analytical, and proofreading skills • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs • Ability to work at all organizational levels, including Magellan, DoD, and Military • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining critical and strategic thinking and consultation skills • Ability to present information and materials professionally on behalf of the U.S. government • Must be eligible for DoD security clearance and clearance for access to DoD systems if contractually required • Must be a U.S. citizen • High level of customer service • Prior supervisory experience
